Bad weather from successive typhoons and the southwest monsoon has caused P11.69 billion in damage to infrastructure and agriculture across multiple Philippine regions, according to the NDRRMC, with 89,770 farmers and fisherfolk affected, over 79,000 hectares of farmland hit, and dozens of deaths, injuries and missing persons reported.
