LUCENA CITY — A pedestrian and a motorcycle rider died in separate road accidents in Rizal province on Thursday, Sept. 3, police said. The Calabarzon police, in a report on Friday. (September 4), said the a road mishap happened along Marcos Highway in Barangay San Jose at Antipolo City in the early hours of Thursday.
